| SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA (October 13, 2023) – The City of Santa Ana honored its very own NABO Welterweight Titleholder Alexis “Lex” Rocha (23-1, 15 KOs) with a mural created by local artist Jose Ortiz ahead of his fight against San Diego’s undefeated Giovani “Gallo de Oro” Santillan (31-0, 16 KOs) on Saturday, October 21. The special unveiling, which was open to fans and friends, took place at Manny V. Padilla’s Main Cave and the post-event was held at Mario “Pops” Diaz’ Next Round Bar and Grill. A Golden Boy collaboration with the Office of Councilmember Johnathan Hernandez, Supervisor Vicente Sarmiento and a representative from the Office of Congressman Lou Correa were on hand to personally deliver awards to Rocha as an outstanding citizen of the community. ###Rocha vs. Santillan is a 12-round welterweight fight presented by Golden Boy Promotions in association with Top Rank.
